INTERCOM

Intercom Commissioning

To utilize INTERCOM blocks, you must first add an Intercom page to the device. This is done by creating a new page and setting the Page Type to Intercom. Note that only one Intercom page can be configured per device, and all intercom-enabled devices (such as Intercom, IP phones, etc.) are added to this page.

Once the Intercom page is established, you can add the appropriate block to the workspace based on the brand of Intercom being installed. Available brand blocks include Akuvox, 2N, Bticino, Yealink, P2P, Dnake, Fermax, Interra, and Fanvil. For these ready-made brand blocks, simply input the IP address and port of the Intercom device. For devices with an HTTP door-opening feature (e.g., Akuvox, 2N, Fermax), you'll also need to enter the username and password.

Once the IP and port information is provided, the Intercom block will be pre-configured with communication and video capabilities. If you wish to display an external camera feed during a call, you can use the RTSP URL within the block.

The P2P block can be used to establish direct communication between Inspinia devices.

Speaker and Microphone gain settings are available in all Intercom blocks and can be adjusted for devices that require speaker and microphone calibration. These settings allow you to fine-tune the audio levels to ensure optimal communication quality.

Adding Contacts

1. To add contacts via VoIP Contacts, navigate back to the project screen and then access the Add Contacts area through the VoIP Contacts section.

  1. New contact information can be added by selecting "Create Contact" on the page that opens. This information is created for each device that will be called through the panel. The User ID is assigned, allowing the apartment to be called by its number from the keypad.

  1. After adding the contact to the project, you can specify which contact will be active on a particular device by selecting it through the "Edit Device" tab within the project's device settings (State).
