The "Create New Device" function is utilized to add a device either to an existing device group or directly to the project. Upon clicking the Create Device button, a configuration interface is presented where the following steps should be assigned:

  1. Device Naming (Name*): Assign a unique name to the device.

  2. Template Selection: Optionally select a pre-configured template for the device, if available.

  3. Serial Number Entry (Serial Number*): Enter the device's ID manually, or automatically via a QR code scan (available through the Settings Page for devices with a display, or via web interface or product label for all devices).

  4. Product Type Selection: Choose the appropriate product type from the available options.

  5. Language Addition: Specify any additional languages for the device configuration.

  6. Auto Update Activation: If enabled, this feature allows the device to automatically retrieve its existing program after factory reset or get new updates.
